This small apartment is located on the outskirts of Apt in an elevated and quiet location and is located on the ground floor of an old Provencal country house. It has a separate entrance and a garden belonging exclusively to the apartment. From your private terrace you can let your gaze wander over the valley of Apt and the "Monts de Vaucluse".

On arrival, first park your vehicle under the old impressive plane trees in front of the house. The space
Depending on the period, we rent for a minimum of three or five days. However, it is possible to contact us for a shorter period.

The apartment is all in length which gives an impression of grandeur, with an alignment of 6 windows provided with a third of shutter.

The volumes are harmonious, with a nice ceiling height.

The kitchen and bathroom are lower, it's the box-in-a-box concept. In all, it is about 60 square meters. Upon entering you arrive in the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, etc.) open to the living room. This room is also the most spacious (about 35 square meters). You have a large bed installed in a kind of niche, a sitting area (sofa and coffee table) and a dining area around a round table.

A small folding desk allows you to work with a computer. We have been newly equipped with high-speed WiFi (fiber) since 2023, as some connection problems were reported in 2022.

On the opposite side, going back to the kitchen and the front door is a small, long bedroom (15 meters), convenient because it is well separated from the other rooms. You have a master bathroom with separate toilet. And the small bedroom has its extra toilet with sink. The many windows illuminate the rooms. An east-facing exposure, with beautiful views of the site and part of the cathedral contribute to the well-being felt in this place equipped with an air conditioner. Occupancy is 4 people. Double bed in the main room and sofa bed; then in the small bedroom, there is a small bed and 70 X 190. A baby crib is also available.

From up there the view is unique! With its full-length glass facade, the place is bathed in light. You overlook the rooftops of the city and you have the dome of Saint-Anne Cathedral in front of you. In the distance you can see the top of Mourre Nègre as well as the village of Saignon.

The apartment is perfectly equipped for 2 people, with a separate bedroom, in the extension of the living room.
It has an equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave/grill, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, etc.) a TV, a compact stereo, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, etc.

You also have high-speed internet access (Wi-Fi).

As far as the bed is concerned, you can enjoy a large 160 x 200 bed, with a comfortable duvet (to be forgotten of course as soon as it starts to get a little hot in the area!).

This former drying house is on the rooftop of an 18th century building, located in the heart of Apt, a nice city in the heart of the Luberon region.

From the top the view is absolutely unique! With its glass façade along the length, the place is really sunny and bright. It overlooks the rooftops of the town, and you're facing the dome of the Ste-Anne Cathedral. In the background you can see the Mourre Nègre and the village of Saignon.

The apartment, for 2 people, is tastefully decorated and furnished and was completely renovated recently. Regarding the main facilities, you will find a sofa, a high table with chairs and stools, a coffee table, a television, a hi-fi and radio system, and many decorative items.
The kitchen is fully fitted with hobs, microwave/grill, refrigerator, plenty of storage space and all the crockery needed.

The bedroom boasts a large bed of 160 x 200 cm, storage space and a wardrobe.

Entry through an easement not overlooking the street directly, it is quiet.
Ideal for a couple with a child, but be careful stairs a little steep for the bedroom.

My main residence is my main residence that I partially rent in summer .
