Located on the 3rd floor of a small building of 4 apartments, this 3-room attic (35 m2 law Carrez, 84 m2 ground) is perfectly equipped.
Very bright, shops (grocery, bakery...) on site.

Pillows, duvets, sheets and towels are provided at no extra cost.

The cleaning fee is to be paid on site (read "other information to note).

The space
The accommodation consists of 4 rooms:
- A large living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area
- a bathroom with a toilet
- 1 bedroom with a bed in 140 cm
- 1 room with 2 beds in 90 cm
The accommodation has a reversible air conditioning (heating and air conditioning)
There is also a TV and free wifi.

On request it is possible to have a travel cot.

As indicated in the description, the apartment is attic so you can't stand up in the whole apartment. About fifteen steps of stairs are necessary to access the apartment which is on one level.

Guest access
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of 65 rue Jean Jaurès 42420 Lorette.
Grey door to the right of Vival grocery store.
The entrance to the building is through a digicode and the apartment by a key that you pick up in a key box with a code sent the same day.

Other things to note
Cleaning package: 10 euros 1 night, 20 euros 2 to 3 nights, 30 euros 4 to 6 nights and 50 euros beyond.
it can be done by you at your request. A mandatory check with the host will be performed.

Arrival is possible from 14h. As for the departure it is usually done in the morning at 10h.

Any request for reservation or instant booking that does not have comments, no matter the reason must be accompanied by a photo of the ID. Otherwise, it will not be validated.
