The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning and the photos don't do it justice! The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. There was some confusion at check in, we hadn't realised we needed to bring our own sheets (apparently this is common in France but we hadn't come across this before) and cleaning fee was not included. We were also meant to bring a very large cash deposit which we hadn't done and to be honest I wouldn't have felt comfortable handing over that amount of cash without a receipt and in an office environment with some traceability but in the end the owner waved it which was great. The location was excellent we made use of the veloncey bike scheme at the bottom of the hill and mostly cycled for free for the whole holiday! Overall a great stay and would recommend!"

The only reason I can't give it five stars is because there was no wifi when advertised, and I really could have used it for work. I had to pay for an additional e-sim instead. I would recommend this apartment for a comfortable visit in a beautiful town."

Pleasant T3 of 67m², all comforts, renovated in 2015. Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment is very bright, cozy and quiet, and has 2 balconies overlooking the condominium's indoor park.
Located at the bottom of Annecy-le-Vieux, Buisson/Pommaries district, both close to all amenities and close to the lake (5 minutes by bike / 10 minutes by foot), with bus stop facing the residence for direct access to the city center and the train station, and free parking within the condominium.

The bedroom I offer overlooks a closed balcony, and is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe wardrobe + dresser.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable (tv, wifi, washing machine, dryer, etc.), with an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge + freezer, kettle, coffee maker...), bathroom with shower, and separate toilet. Of course, all the amenities are available.
