- "TOP !" - "They offer secure, underground parking, which was fantastic for our motorbike. And the lift makes it really easy to get your luggage up from the parking. Check-in was easy. The room was a good size, and clean. The only let down was the air conditioning in room 201 didn't seem to work. It was on, at 18°c with the fan on full and the room didn't change temperature. In order to sleep, we had to open the balcony door which worked in bringing the temperature down. The downside to that is that i got 3 mosquito bites, and my body doesn't react well to them. There's plenty of places to eat nearby. If you need to was your clothes there's a launderette over the road."

While not plush, furniture and equipment were more than adequate, in good repair, and I found it comfortable. Towels etc. were provided. I didn't take advantage of breakfast (available at extra cost) as self-catering very easy: mini-supermarket 100m away. Apartment overlooked fairly busy street but I did not find it particularly noisy and had no difficulty sleeping. Reception staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. All in all, for the amount I paid, this was an excellent, convenient, and comfortable base for a few days. No romantic getaway, and as an apartment it doesn't benefit from all the facilities of a hotel (e.g. room service), but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to an independent traveller in need of a convenient place to stay."

Also there is a taxi rank across the road so getting a taxi to go to the station was very easy and inexpensive. We enjoyed our time in Lyon immensely and wish we had been able to stay longer. I live in a 2 rooms appartment, and i rent one of the room by month, or less, it's possible too (prices : from 13€/night to 26€/night).
The room has big white walls, one big window, one big wardrope, a table to work, an alarm/radio clock, and a two-places mattress now!

The space
The room you'll sleep and do what you want contains books and fanzines, you can read or just consider it as a decoration.
The flat is on the first floor on a quiet place, almost down town.
We have all conveniences (laundromat, combini, food stores, banks, church, and cinema, etc, & Metro and Tramway stations, & Bicycles and cars to rent).
The flat has Internet, a big kitchen, and of course a bathroom ; we share this parts.

Guest access
Apart for the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom will be open to you.
Also the mailbox if you need it, I invite you to put your name on.

During your stay
I'm living in the flat, so everytime I can help, explain some things, city things, etc...
