- "Ideal house for 3 generations of family. Lovely outdoor pool, slide, Wendy house, children's playroom as well as basket ball and table tennis for the adults. Super outdoor eating area under pergola and lots of lovely local places to eat. Enjoyed local Wednesday food market and La Bastille celebrations at St Cyr." - "We were 6 adults and 6 children for about 2 weeks. The house is located in a nice neighborhood, close to lyon center. It has air-conditioning, which was very important as there was a terrible heat wave for the entire two weeks we were there. The owners have a great style which u can see around the house. It mentiones 6 bedrooms, but one is separate from the main house and not really habitable during heat wave, as the temperature in the extra unit surges to 38 degrees and has no seperate air-conditioning. The garden in the pictures we saw beforehand, was green and beautiful but in real life was totally burned, we were told because of the drought, and they were not allowed to water it, according to the french regulations. The garden hadnt seen a gardener for a long time and it showes. The pool is a great feature, especially in the summer, but the way it is build. ( the bottom part of the pool is slanted from all sides, contrary to what i would have expected, a flat base.which caused us to slip a few times. Not ideal for us as one child of ours is handicapped with stability issues. The house manager is very attentive and always replays very fast and with suggested solutions to any problems raised. To sum up, a very nice house, many personnal touchs but a bit expensive , in retrospect, for the expected return."

- "12 of us stayed here for a week. First of all Nathalie and Anthony were wonderful. They were helpful , responsive and friendly. The pool area , the hot tub and the dining room were great and modern. The bathrooms really need work. We had constant issues with the valves in the bathrooms. There are not enough electrical outlets and there is poor storage. The air conditioning is only in the common areas and 2 of the 5 bedrooms. Saying that the place is air conditioned is deceptive. There is no washer and dryer in the living space. Smoke from cigarettes constantly came up into 2 of the bedrooms. The house was not properly cleaned. There are cobwebs in most of the overhead lights. The kitchen is spacious but poorly organized. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. If the items mentioned above are addressed we would definitely consider coming back but if the current condition is maintained we would stay somewhere else. "

She was friendly and easy to communicate. She and her husband live behind the rental so if we needed anything, she was quick to respond. She welcomed us when she arrived and tour the house with us and suggested restaurants and places to visit in Lyon. She was extremely helpful. Overall, this rental offered the perfect balance of comfort and practicality. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, fully equipped place to stay near Lyon. "

The villa can accommodate up to 30 guests for a convivial event, and 16 people can stay overnight in our five luxuriously decorated and tastefully furnished bedrooms, as well as our 3-bed Volkswagen van, available on request. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower or bath, a television and the house has four toilets. For families with children, we can add up to 4 extra single mattresses on request.

Our large, fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals in our spacious living room, around the large wooden table, or on one of our terraces. Here you can enjoy your meals while taking in the natural surroundings, in an intimate, private setting.

Take a dip in our modular swimming pool, covered or uncovered according to your preferences, which we can heat to 28°C on request, for moments of shared relaxation and pleasure. The sauna and spa are also available for well-deserved moments of relaxation. Don't forget to take advantage of our petanque court for a friendly game.
