- "Pauline has a wonderful house to stay in: big, spacious, very well appointed, great facilities, amazing top quality art in many forms, beautiful big safe garden, and the most picturesque views. The base is part way between Annecy and Geneva (unlike described on the various sites). This proved to be far better than staying in Annecy itself. We made one trip to Annecy town - lovely, and one to drive round lake and swim. Having a car and planning to travel, it is five minutes from the Autoroutes North and South, and we drove to Lake LeMan (Yvoire and boat to Nyon), to Montreux (Panoramic train to Gstaad), to Chamonix (trip up Auguille Du Midi - Mont Blanc) and to La Clusaz (Summer toboggan and child friendly stuff). All much easier from this location. There is also a supermarket five minutes drive away for the big practical kitchen. Otherwise it is secluded on a hillside and fabulous for eating and playing in the garden in Summer. Thank you Pauline for great hospitality. Highly recommended."

The owners live on the first floor but are never intrusive. They are very helpful and show every detail of the apartment and how it works at arrival. The only minuses are the outdoor benches and loungers and the fridge is a bit slow to cool our things down. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay and can recommend it to others."

House on 3 levels with heated outdoor pool, its terrace and its grassy area for playing (badmington, volleyball, etc.) and pingpong.
Direct access to the forest for walks, jogging or mountain biking.
Ground floor: large single room of 95 m2 with kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, TV corner and WC.
On the 1st floor: 1 parental suite with bathroom and WC, 3 bedrooms (all provided with a shower corner + sink), another WC, an office space with a small mezzanine fitted out with a reading corner. All rooms have a mezzanine, and open onto a balcony terrace overlooking the panorama.
In the basement: a large guest bedroom with its own shower and sink + WC.

Our house was built in 2009 and it is a very peaceful and quiet modern wooden house, with a great view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.
On the main floor there is a unique room with an open kitchen + a dining room separated by a large fire place from the living + TV room (+ WC).
On the first floor, there are one parent room (the biggest one) with a king size bed + bathroom & WC, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and each its shower, and 1 more WC. All the rooms have a large window door opening to the terrace balcony and the lake view.
On the basement, one last guest room with shower. A washing and dryer machines are also available newt door.
Outside, a big garden with swimming pool and a direct access to the forest (mountain bike, jogging, hiking).

The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling around the lake on the amazing bike path, etc. Check-in and check-out were very easy and the hosts gave us a video tour before our arrival. We can’t recommend the place highly enough. Our kids have already asked if we can move to Annecy and live in this house! I can hardly blame them! :)"
