- "House was not clean. We spent time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. Stovetop vent had fallen off and a hose was left. Caretaker turned on heat and opened radiators. In the morning many had leaked especially the living room. We spent an hour moving furniture and mopping. We were told to use catch basins and to continue to use radiators. It was necessary to leave after one night. North Italy villas thus far has denied any responsibility or refund. I am a fair and seasoned traveler. Whatever rebuttal they provide is worthless. I suggest you avoid them at all costs"
