The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning and the photos don't do it justice! The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. There was some confusion at check in, we hadn't realised we needed to bring our own sheets (apparently this is common in France but we hadn't come across this before) and cleaning fee was not included. We were also meant to bring a very large cash deposit which we hadn't done and to be honest I wouldn't have felt comfortable handing over that amount of cash without a receipt and in an office environment with some traceability but in the end the owner waved it which was great. The location was excellent we made use of the veloncey bike scheme at the bottom of the hill and mostly cycled for free for the whole holiday! Overall a great stay and would recommend!"

You are welcome in my apartment ! It is ideally situated quite in the town center of Annecy. Therefore you will be able to reach easily in a few minutes walk the main tourist attractions. For instance, within a 2 minute walk, you will reach the train and bus station, in a 5 minute walk the charming old city, its market, castle and old prison and in 8 minutes you will discover the wonderful lake of Annecy, one of the purest of Europe where you can either swim or sail with the several existing cruises. Everything can be done by foot or using the public means of transport, scooters or bikes. If you arrive by car, an external secure parking place, reachable within a 5 minute walk from the flat, is available for you.

In the apartment, everything has been thought to make sure you will be confortable. No street noise though you can hear people in the hallway who are staying in other units. Being on last floor it got stuffy at times and could have used a fan. My apartment is in a small quiet condominium 20 minutes' walk from downtown Annecy.

The apartment consists of 3 rooms:
- 1 living room with equipped kitchen + sitting area with TV
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine

The apartment is bright, in light and soothing hues. Views of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Easy parking.

The space
I rent my apartment when I am on vacation or on the go. As a result, it is very well-equipped. I decorated it with crafts from Asia and Africa. At sunset, the mountain views are very nice. I hope you feel good about it.

Guest access
You will have access to every room of the apartment.
I leave some of my personal belongings in the apartment but you'll have room in the closet.

My apartment is a 15 minute walk from the historic city center and the lake in a very pleasant area, easy to access and shopping. There is also a bus stop at the foot of the building. The space
The property is composed of:

- a large main room serving as a dining room and living room and giving access to a small balcony,

- two bedrooms one of which also gives access to the balcony.

Guest access
You will obviously have access to the bathroom which is located between the two bedrooms. Access to the kitchen is possible as long as you respect the cleanliness of the place.
