I didn't really explore the area but I know Lyon fairly well. It was a 20 minute walk to Part-Dieu Station but of course you could get a direct bus or tram easily. For 3 years I have been hosting, in my son's old room, students and travelers passing through Lyon, mostly foreigners, for a few days of vacation, on internships from a few weeks to several months.

With mutual respect, everyone was delighted.

My apartment is well arranged so that everyone has their privacy and I like people to feel comfortable but also respect the place and the calm. I work from home and the living room is my office.

The space
Crossanr apartment, quiet and bright of 80 m2 without any vis-à-vis.

My place is in a very quiet and green residential area on the hill of Caluire-et-Cuire close to the very cool district of Lyon/Croix Rousse with its terraces, bars and restaurants, market and shops.

Quick access to everything, including the center of Lyon 20 minutes by bus and Part Dieu train station in just 30 minutes, Plenty of public transport, cars, bikes and scooters for rent 10 minutes away.

Nearby you will find everything you need: bakeries, patisserie, butcher, cheese maker, fishmonger, tobacco, Auchan supermarket, Picard, banks, Mac Do, Sushi, pizzerias...

but also a 4.5 km Voie Verte for walks and jogging, swimming pool, a theater, gym, banks of the Rhône and Saône...

The room is for 2 people only for a few days.

For a long-term rental, the room is only for 1 person.

The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a walk-in shower. The light-colored bedroom has a 140 bed.
