The villa is located in the countryside next to Lake Aiguebelette in the Chartreuse massif.

The parking lot is free.
You will have a large space just for you on the first floor with two bedrooms, 1 of which with balcony, a relaxation area with library, a large bathroom with WC. Everything is tastefully furnished. Exposed beams, original paintings, brightness and exceptional view, you will certainly appreciate the calm and silence of the place.

This is a great place, it is a converted barn with lots of character that is good for couples or families. Our cleaning protocol is as follows: laundry at 60°C, we wash surfaces and floors with detergent, doorknobs, appliances and switches are cleaned each time and we ventilate the accommodation for several hours between guests.

For guests arriving by train, we can pick you up from the train station (if the schedules are compatible with our agendas). Otherwise, a taxi stand is available at the train station.

departures are in the morning. If the accommodation is not rented the same evening, you can enjoy the accommodation longer until the end of the afternoon for an additional €30.

The space
An ideal location to enjoy the mountains, lake and cities (Aix and Chambery). 3 km from the highway to go to Annecy in less than 30 minutes or to Albertville.

Bed and breakfast villa with 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 6 adults and 2 children. You can rent each of the 3 rooms independently or possibly rent several, the price of each room is from €120/2 people + Airbnb fees. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids). The room includes a large bed with the possibility of having one or 2 extra beds for children or teenagers at the price of €25/bed.
