The villa is located in the countryside next to Lake Aiguebelette in the Chartreuse massif.
It is close to Chambéry (20 minutes), Aix les Bains and Annecy (30 minutes),
It is 1 hour from cities like Lyon, Grenoble and Geneva and from most ski resorts.
The parking lot is free.
You will have a large space just for you on the first floor with two bedrooms, 1 of which with balcony, a relaxation area with library, a large bathroom with WC. Everything is tastefully furnished. Exposed beams, original paintings, brightness and exceptional view, you will certainly appreciate the calm and silence of the place.

The first bedroom includes a 140 x 190 bed, an armchair, plenty of storage space and a balcony with a table and 2 chairs.

This is a great place, it is a converted barn with lots of character that is good for couples or families. The property is a high standard, and although I had B&B it has a full kitchen so great for self-catering. The location is remote and peaceful.
