The space
In the cottage you will find a fully equipped kitchen area, a living area with sofa bed and large screen TV, a bedroom equipped with 2 closets and a 140 x 200 box bed and a bathroom with 90 shower, toilet and vanity.
Other things to note
A remote control for opening and closing the entrance gate is given to guests for the duration of the stay as well as the keys to the studio.

On the ground floor, an open room with equipped kitchen and a sitting area with a sofa bed. Upstairs, a central room equipped with a sofa bed giving access to the bathroom (and toilet) as well as a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

Guests will have access to the entire house, parking for vehicles (and trailers), pool, tennis court and part of the garden and woods.

Located in the bio-valley in the heart of nature, between Vercors and Drôme Provençale, on both sides of the Drôme River, a wild stream suitable for swimming.
25-minute walk to the small town of Crest with its farmers' market, restaurants, shops and dungeon.
Large room with 160 x 200 bed, shower room and separate dry toilet, terrace and small garden in the shade of a large linden tree. There are hiking trails that pass 50 m from the house. Independent access. Parking.
The space
I renovated the guest room with eco-friendly materials with a concern to limit my impact on the environment (Insulation, Dry Toilets...)
The accommodation is located in a quiet environment, on a 1 hectare plot with a beautiful view of the valley, away from the town of Crest (small town with its market, restaurants, crafts...) while remaining close (2 km from the center).
Always nearby, the Drôme River and its tributaries offer a wide variety of swimming.
