Guests can access the SPA on request, it is in my garden but I do not have a direct view from my living room and it allows relaxation in complete privacy.

You will appreciate this small well-equipped house of 45 m2, totally independent annex adjoining our farmhouse (originally a sheepfold) for its quiet environment, its large garden with private swimming pool, its brightness and the comfortable bed. Windows equipped with mosquito nets. BBQ and deckchair are available.

No overlooking the entire accommodation (1 hectare lot that surrounds the property with a small river below). Parking and private entrance. If required, fast charging station (Green'up) available for electric cars.

For guests with pets: This is no problem but it is important to know that the land is not fully fenced (mainly the end overlooking the banks of the river).

The space
Gîte Le Romarin is located on our domain "Mas L 'Amandine" where a 2nd gîte L'Olivier can accommodate max. 8 people. Both gîtes have their own entrance, parking, separate private terrace, sufficient privacy and there is Wi-Fi. The large -completely fenced - garden with swimming pool, umbrellas & sun loungers, the covered terrace with table & chairs, the petanque court & table tennis are common, but only for the gîtes. We, with our family, are not coming there. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with dining table and a separate cozy living space.
The kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, blender and much more.
A TV is available in the cozily furnished salon. There are two bedrooms with walk-in closet each time. Cot and chair available (on request).

A bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet with storage room and washing machine.
Bedding, bath, and kitchen towels are included, as well as one beach towel per person at the pool.
Everything is on the ground floor in Le Romarin, there is 1 step between kitchen, hallway & living space.
There is also a large private terrace with garden furniture, parasol & gas BBQ.
Our location offers many opportunities, both at a sporty level and to unwind! Daily Mediterranean markets nearby & also close to many restaurants and shops.

Guest access
The domain is fully fenced, closed with an electric gate (access with badge). Parking, garden & entrance gîtes are separated from the private area. Spacious private parking is provided per gîte, near the entrance of the gîte.

Other things to note
We have a dog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback, super sweet & harmless, but she has no access to the domain & the parking of the gîtes. Only when entering the private domain would some contact be possible, but we try to avoid this as much as possible, both for our guests and for her.

Studio in the countryside without being secluded, recently renovated in private property with wooded garden, and fenced. Easy access and parking. Large secure 12 m x 6 m shared pool. Ideally located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this studio for 2 people will delight cycling, hiking and nature lovers. Close to all amenities and highways. Close to prestigious sites: Gordes, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Vaison-la-Romaine, Isle/Sorgues, etc...
