What bothered us is not getting any response from the property prior to our arrival, considering that there was nobody to greet us upon our arrival at 3pm. Fatmir was nice enough but not helpful. We did not know what to do with the keys when we departed at 6:30am. We tried calling Tamir and no answer. So we left them inside. If I could get my night back I would. It’s not about the money it’s about not having accommodations like this to rent to guests."
