- "All perfect" - "No problems would stay again" - "This property is a perfect little chalet for 2/3 adults or a small family. The location is great for skiing, with the super Morzine lift just across the bridge, and all the facilities of Morzine within walking distance. The only minor issue was communication with the owner, as she doesn't speak English, but we easily overcame this by using translation apps, on our phones. We will definitely return to this chalet."

Our spacious and comfortable chalet is located in the village of Morzine in the heart of the Portes du Soleil area.
Located in a quarter called "les Granges"; it is about 1 km form the village , easily reachable by foot or by free shuttle ( shuttle stop at 150m from the chalet- U line)
This chalet is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
With an area of 300 m2, it is equipped with a living room with fireplace, a reading room, 7 bedrooms suites with bathrooms, games room with billiards, a jacuzzi and sauna for you to relax after your days of skiing, hiking or mountain biking.

- "the location, the interior, sauna and hot bath tub TV - we could not find a french channel the kitchen is well equipped and in good shape - except the oven equipment- old and not clean. - "We stayed here for a week during the first week of July and had a wonderful time in this beautiful secluded chatel set in the mountains above Morzine. This was our 4th trip to the area in summertime but our first time that we hadn't stayed in an apartment. We decided to push the boat out a little this time and it was well worth it. The chalet is based at the bottom of a ski lift, about 10 minutes outside of Morzine in a glorious alpine meadow. My kids loved it and ran around endlessly during the sunny afternoon. Mme Richard is a great landlady, made sure we were well settled and had everything we needed. Staying in the right place can make all the difference in how you enjoy your holiday and I'm sure we return to stay here again sometime. We heartily recommend it!"

The views are amazing over the pistes and the sun sets have been spectacular. The chalet is very clean, warm and comfortable, and well stocked for cooking for a variety of needs. The 4th bedroom is a little exposed (above lounge) but we were fully expecting that from the pictures so our teenage daughter had agree to sleep there and she absolutely loved it. She didn't want to move out! Communication prior to arrival, and during our stay (if required), was excellent. We arrived earlier that expected and Christine was so welcoming and allowed us to move in 90 mins early which made for a relaxing start. We are mixed ability skiers and borders and the location was perfect for us all. The ability to ski in and out everyday made for a great start and end to every outing and meant we could pop back for lunch if the younger children wanted a rest. The run through town did get slushy by afternoon, but the kids found it great fun returning and getting stuck in the odd puddle! And, there is a public lift next to bowling alley we discovered which meant trips to ski school were easy (down lift and hop onto chair lift to meeting points) and the snowborders used it to get home and avoid the late afternoon town run as not so great for them. We have had a perfect week, would absolutely love to return here and hope to do so next year."
