Chalet Minouche - Chamonix-Homes

A perfect Chamonix chalet for up to six people with two bedrooms and a sofa bed just a short walk to Chamonix centre. Chalet Minouche has a huge covered wooden terrace with views onto the mountains and a six-man jacuzzi in the garden.



The chalet is colourfully decorated with modern furnishings. Both bedrooms have toilets and bathrooms and the main living area is open plan with floor to ceiling glass windows on one side of the chalet that lets the light pour in. The terrace has a table and chairs so you can eat outside in the summer.



The master bedroom is on the upper floor and has a double bed and a bathroom with a bath with a shower.



The lower bedroom opens on to the lower terrace with the jacuzzi. It has an attached bathroom with a shower.



The lower floor has a double sofa bed in the hallway. The bed isn't in the main living area, which is upstairs, it is downstairs in the hallway outside the lower bedroom.

Chamonix town centre is 5 minutes away on foot, and there ski bus is 3 minutes away and take you to all the ski areas in the valley.

- "A lovely little chalet close to Chamonix town centre for ease of access but far enough away not to hear the noise. Very well equipped with everything that you may need for your break / holiday. We didn't get the best of weather but when the sun did eventually shine the views of MB were amazing. There are lots of places to eat within a very short distance but if you want to stay in there is a great little supermarket close by with lots of fresh food and wine of course. If you are going to use the railway or bus system that runs up and down the valley then either stops very close by. Sadly we didn't get to actually meet Martine but she was great at keeping in touch and arranged someone to be there for our arrival. She also remained in contact with us by email which was much appreciated. Having been to Chamonix many times over the past 25 years, this is the first chalet we have stayed in rather than our usual hotel and we will certainly be booking again. We had a great time."

The cabin is located south of Chamonix, in a group of cabins on the hillside, in the heart of nature. It is a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the center of Chamonix Sud, with its ski lifts and amenities. The town of Les Pèlerins is just a 2-minute drive away. Here guests will find shops, banks and Les Pèlerins railway station, which opens up the whole valley.

The Chamonix region is well-known for its wide variety of both winter and summer activities. It is a centre for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledging and ice skating. In the summer there are numerous options including hiking and biking trails through stunning mountain scenery, horse riding at the Centre Equèstre de Mont Blanc (10-minute drive), and outdoor adventures at Accro’ Parc at Lac des Gaillands (6-minute drive). The area is home to many fine restaurants and bars, which will suit all budgets.

Geneva airport is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the apartment.
