The chalet "Bianca" is ideally located in the hamlet of La Frasse, a 5-minute walk from Chamonix and the cross-country ski trails, and is a starting point for many excursions. The alpine ski slopes are easily and quickly accessible by shuttle or car (5 minutes from Flégère, Brévent and Planard and 15 from Grands Montets)

The chalet was completely renovated in 2016 in a contemporary style and decorated with lots of charm.
On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room with TV and fireplace.
The basement offers a magnificent ski room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs there are 3 other bedrooms, 2 of them with a balcony and one with an en-suite bathroom as well as an additional bathroom.
The balcony, the terrace and the garden offer an exceptional view of the Mont Blanc massif and the Aiguilles.

The chalet can accommodate 9 people comfortably, ideal for a group of friends or families.

Vacationers will be greeted by our hostess who will be available throughout the stay for any questions or concerns.

A cute and compact mazot, located in the private grounds of an historic chalet in the centre of Chamonix.

This cute little mazot offers an attractive and independent one-bedroom unit with good kitchen facilities. Contained in the grounds of a historic chalet with a lovely little garden, it is ideal for a couple looking for a unique property in which to spend a holiday.

Conveniently located in the centre of Chamonix you have direct access to all the local amenities. Less than a minute stroll from bars and restaurants yet in a quiet location where you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
It is also within short walking distance of Les Planards beginner ski slopes and from the Montenvers train station.

With an additional sofa bed in the lounge it is possible to sleep extended groups of up to 4 persons. For even larger groups it's possible to team it with the chalet next door called Villa Loppe which sleeps up to 10 people.

Please note this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Please note, that due to its superb central location, this apartment may be subject to noise at night. However, as the property is enclosed in its own grounds, it is sheltered from most street noise.

Stephens' Mazot is a cosy wooden retreat, a small chalet set in a peaceful garden and yet an easy stroll into Chamonix. Within walking distance of the Brevent lift and the centre of Chamonix, the mazot is a brilliant base for skiing in winter as well as stunning walks up to the Petit Balcon in the summer. There is an incredible view of Mont Blanc from the balcony and garden, which surrounds the chalet.



Inside there is a sitting room with doors to the balcony, a galley kitchen at one end and a shower room, also a single sofa bed. Downstairs there is a double bedroom which is accessed via a ladder from the room above or the garden door (snow permitting!) The space is small but with everything you need (if you are tall please check with us as some of the ceilings are quite low). A great place to return to after a day in the mountains. Nearby is Brigitte's Mazot, so if there are four of you why not take both!

Brigitte's Mazot in Chamonix is a cosy little chalet, with a stunning view of Mont Blanc. Situated in the area of Les Moussoux, it is an easy stroll in to Chamonix yet you can sit on a delightful south-facing balcony in peace and enjoy the mountains. In winter, you can walk up to the main Chamonix lift (10 mins in ski boots) for skiing on the Brévent, or take the ski bus from here to the other ski areas. In summer there are some amazing hikes straight from this small chalet to the Brévent side where the 'Petit Balcon' route goes all the way to the top of the valley.



Inside there is a studio room with double sofa bed, corner kitchen with fridge and hob and a shower room. There is parking. Nearby is Stephen's Mazot, so if there are four of you why not rent both?

Newly renovated, Chalet du Petit Ours is a cosy, traditional wooden cabin, nestled in the trees with beautiful views of the Mont Blanc range and Brevent side of Chamonix valley. A quiet location yet only 2 min drive or 20 min walk to Chamonix town centre and its cafes, restaurants, shops and the Aiguille Du Midi station. The chalet is suitable for couples, 2 friends or solo travellers and offers equipped kitchenette, living/dining area, bathroom, mezzanine sleeping area, WiFi, TV and parking.

Our little newly renovated chalet is full of charm and character. It can accommodate 2 guests. We can make up a double or 2 single beds on your request.
The chalet has got a living room, a kitchenette with a washing machine, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine. The sleeping is on the mezzanine which is reached by a ladder. It is not possible to stand on the mezzanine.

Chalet du Petit Ours can be found on the GPS at 194 Parc de la Yagire, Chamonix Mont Blanc. This is the address to give any door to door transfer companies.
If you get to Chamonix's main bus/train station, check with us because we may be able to pick you up. Otherwise, it's a 20-minute walk and we can provide you with directions.
