Chalet Anselme is a two-storey chalet for up to 10 guests, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a mezzanine play area.

One of the highlights of this beautiful chalet has to be the incredible views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks - the village of Cordon is known for its scenic location, and Chalet Anselme certainly won't disappoint! And the best place to enjoy the panorama has to be the electric Nordic hot tub, or perhaps over dinner on the sunny terrace.

The living area on the first floor is light and bright, and opens onto a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy barbecues or simply soak up the sun and the views. Inside, there's a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large dining table with room for your whole group and a cosy seating area around the log burner and the television. There's also a WC on this floor, and the main bedroom.

Cordon is a charming traditional village with several shops, restaurants and bars. There are more in nearby Sallanches (10 minutes drive). Cordon's chairlift is 5km from Chalet Anselme and links Cordon to the Évasion Mont-Blanc area of Combloux, Megève, and Saint-Gervais. The ski bus stops in the village.

Chalet K1027 in Cordon is a wonderful three-storey chalet for 14 guests (12 adults), with six bedrooms and seven bath/shower rooms.

The chalet's spectacular views are a real highlight of this chalet – there are three balconies where you can enjoy them, as well as a sauna and a hot tub.

Inside, the house has been imaginatively furnished and decorated, with a stunning modern kitchen and a large dining table made by the owner. There's a cosy seating area with a TV, but there are also TVs in all of the bedrooms, so you'll always be able to watch what you want!

The lower ground floor has a ski room, a utility area and a great games room/gym with a pool table, darts board, basketball net, a treadmill and exercise bike. There's also cosy seating and a TV. It's the perfect space for older children who want to do their own thing. There's a bunk room for four with a bath/shower room, and a separate WC and shower for guests using the hot tub and sauna on the terrace.

There's a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the ground floor balcony, which has a dining area and a summer lounge. You'll find four more bedrooms on the top floor – three doubles (two with balcony access) and another room with two single beds, all of which have en-suite shower rooms with WCs.

There's yet another seating area on the top floor, which has a pool table and doors onto the balcony.

This really is a superb chalet where a large group of friends and family can all enjoy their privacy, but with several communal areas where you can get together when you wish. And with so many luxury facilities, it might just be hard to leave it!

- "If it were possible to rate this property higher than 5 stars, we would do so without hesitation. We looked at many different properties in the area ranging, from Cordon to Chamonix, and none offered the combination of facilities and views that this one does. The 15 rooms are comfortably furnished and each has a private attached bathroom. It is convenient that any of the rooms can be set up as a double or with twin beds. The main owner Edouard was extremely responsive in all his communication with us leading up to our arrival. The stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Varan mountain chain across the valley never get old. There was sufficient space for our group to dine comfortably in the main salon, so we did a combination of eating out and having catering meals brought in. We also cooked one meal ourselves as a group activity, which was made easy by the fact that it is a spacious professional kitchen with a walk-in cold room to store our supplies. It is handy that the 4-star Chamois d’Or is almost next door, which gave our guests an attractive close by dining alternative. Between the nearby hiking trails, the foosball table and the trampoline outside, there were plenty of activities, and the wifi worked great. We were staying there as a destination wedding with guests coming from all over the world. The property had enough space to serve as a backup indoor ceremony site in case of bad weather. We didn’t end up needing that, but it was nice to have it as a backup. The main salon has comfortable furnishings, which encouraged mingling amongst our guests, but also gave people enough space to have quiet time to themselves. There is a nice fully-functioning bar is in the main living area which you can stock and use at your leisure. It has an ice maker, dishwasher, Nespresso-style coffee maker, hot tea kettle and refrigerator of its own. It was such a luxury to have a space like this to use with our guests. It made for a great gathering area and the foosball table was an unanticipated bonus. Other bonuses included the lovely fire pit just outside. Speaking of bonuses, the biggest surprise of all was the helpful woman living on the property, Amandine. We had originally envisioned someone being there to hand us a set of keys upon arrival and to return those keys to at the end, but instead we were treated to rock star level concierge service that we didn’t realize would be so valuable to us. For example, she placed an order for us each evening"

Our chalet is located at the end of the paved road
at 1300 m altitude, above the village of Cordon.
In winter we are in the middle of the Cordon ski area. You put your skis on the terrace. The ski school and the departure of the ski lifts are 5 minutes away on the blue slope. The tracks pass next to the building. For hikers, the snowshoe trail starts at the end of the car park. The road is snow plowed regularly but snow tires are necessary for safety.
In summer, we are at the door of the pastures, starting many hikes. The calm, the nature, the beauty of the panorama are the strong points of our situation.
Less than 30 minutes by car you will have access to many lakes for swimming, windsurfing, fishing or just enjoying the beach for sunbathing.
We are 20 minutes from Combloux, 30 minutes from Megève, 1 hour from Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva, Aosta in Italy ...

Formerly a mountain restaurant, it has been beautifully renovated and is now a spacious home with incredible views of the Mont Blanc Massif. The vast terrace, which was the restaurant's outside dining area, is now a spacious sitting and dining area where you can soak up the sun, watch for shooting stars, enjoy a meal together or just marvel at the view!

The beautiful living area has a large but cosy seating area where you can curl up in front of the fire to watch a There's also a bar with a wine fridge, storage and a beer pump - another throwback to Chalet Vardache's days as a restaurant. There's room for everyone to sit down and eat at the dining table, which is positioned in front of the large windows so that you don't miss a second of the views.

You'll need a car to make the most of your holiday at Chalet Vardache, as it is 4.5km from the village of Cordon, which has a few shops and restaurants. However, there is plenty more to discover in Sallanches (9km) and Combloux (8km).

- "brilliant chalet/apartment location beneath a restaurant. Walk out of the property and straight onto a gentle red run to get to the ski lift. if you have an SUV then the parking is a bit tight (but possible). Brigitte is a lovely host. The sofa bed is comfortable and very easy to put up/away as the bedding can remain intact (clearly not Ikea !) The resort is small and friendly. I would have given the flat 5 stars if there was a washing machine."

The mazots were renovated with taste, keeping there identity of once ancient granaries, originaly bilt in 1737. Upon refection, we made sure to keep the spirit of this place.

The Chalet des Charnes welcomes you to the Cordon mountain pastures at 1200 meters above sea level in a peaceful setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. Guests can admire stunning views of Mont Blanc. Many activities are available to you: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, road biking. It is 1 km from the Cordon ski slopes.
Access to the chalet is via a forest road that can be accessed by 4x4 and on foot for the bravest (15 min mainly uphill). There is parking at the beginning of the path.

You will have access to every room in the cottage, except the office, cellars, and pantry, rooms in which we store our belongings. From July 5 to 23, I will be residing in the apartment located under the chalet.

CLEANING:
Guests must leave the cottage in the same clean and tidy condition as when they arrived.
All linens and towels should be removed upon checkout and placed in the entrance. Trash cans must be emptied, and dishes tidied and cleaned.
I can connect you with someone for the cleaning if you don't wish to do so on your checkout. In this case, the service is €125 and is to be paid directly to this person.

CAT: We have 2 cats, adorable and harmless. Flocon is quite fearful and doesn't come into the house. Alpha doesn't hesitate to come in through his cat flap. Thank you in advance for feeding them during your stay ( croquettes available on the ground floor).

There's a compost in the garden behind the house. You can drop off the composable waste there.

We chose and furnished the "Chalet du Coeur" to recharge our batteries. We feel good there, in harmony with nature and want to share it with you so you can enjoy it.
It is an independent chalet on 3 levels, with views of Mont Blanc, the Aravis range and the Aiguilles de Varens. You can enjoy the essential shops of the city center within a 15-minute walk. 6 rooms, 11 people, stone floors, parquet and tiles.
On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, the closed garage, the boiler room and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. Parking is under cover for 2 cars.
On the 1st floor, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with pantry to develop your cooking skills (5-burner cooktop with large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) opens onto a living room, a living room with pellet stove and a semi-covered terrace with views of Mont Blanc. The office, with a 140 x 200 sofa bed, has a view of the Aiguilles de Varens. A separate toilet with hand basin.

For families we have an umbrella bed, a changing table and games.

Chalet K1027 in Cordon is a wonderful three-storey chalet for 14 guests (12 adults), with six bedrooms and seven bath/shower rooms.

The chalet's spectacular views are a real highlight of this chalet – there are three balconies where you can enjoy them, as well as a sauna and a hot tub.

Inside, the house has been imaginatively furnished and decorated, with a stunning modern kitchen and a large dining table made by the owner. There's a cosy seating area with a TV, but there are also TVs in all of the bedrooms, so you'll always be able to watch what you want!

The lower ground floor has a ski room, a utility area and a great games room/gym with a pool table, darts board, basketball net, a treadmill and exercise bike. There's also cosy seating and a TV. It's the perfect space for older children who want to do their own thing. There's a bunk room for four with a bath/shower room, and a separate WC and shower for guests using the hot tub and sauna on the terrace.

There's a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the ground floor balcony, which has a dining area and a summer lounge. You'll find four more bedrooms on the top floor – three doubles (two with balcony access) and another room with two single beds, all of which have en-suite shower rooms with WCs.

There's yet another seating area on the top floor, which has a pool table and doors onto the balcony.

The space

🛋️In the TV corner, you can comfortably settle into the sofa and leather armchairs. After a whole day of skiing or hiking, you deserve a little relaxation!

👩‍🍳A kitchen open to the living room offers you all the necessary utensils to fully enjoy regional products. Cold cuts, cheeses, crozets... phew, thankfully we're doing sports in the mountains

🛁The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Each room has storage space to settle in comfortably.

🧒There are also two single beds and a small sofa, ideal for children.

🗝️Entry is done independently with a lockbox, but please let us know if you need anything! The upper part occupied by the owner, Vincent, is independent and completely separate from your accommodation. He will gladly invite you to an aperitif or remain discreet, depending on your preference.

Cordon is a very charming village of the French Alps. The family ski resort offers 11 pistes at 10minutes waling from the chalet.
You can also enjoy the 450kms pistes of the big and famous Megève resort (10min driving and very easy access).
You can practice Alpinism in Chamonix, 30minutes driving.

The center of cordon village is at 2kms, you will rent skis and buy the good village products, cheese and so on. The baker produces an excellent bread with its wood stove.

You will have wonderful holidays with sun, snow, nature, pure air!

Its discreet and authentic charm makes it a protected and soothing place but make no mistake, it enjoys all the amenities and rubs shoulders with the most coveted peaks, you will rally Megève and Combloux in 15 minutes to indulge in the pleasures of skiing. You will undoubtedly appreciate the effervescence of Megève, its restaurants, its shops or prefer the discretion of a wellness break….
Summer is also an opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, biotope pool, via ferrata, canyoning, etc.)

Beds will be made upon your arrival, towels including Nordic bath robes, tablecloth and tea towels are at your disposal. The chalet, spread over three floors, will be fully accessible to you apart from the wine cellar and technical areas.

The ski room will allow you to free yourself from your equipment before entering the hall opening onto a beautiful wine cellar. A master suite (bedroom with bathroom) as well as a dormitory (2 double beds and 2 single beds – with adjoining 2 showers – 3 sinks and a toilet) as well as laundry and luggage storage are located on the ground floor.
On this floor you will also find a double garage equipped with an electric vehicle outlet. Outside, you can park 4 additional vehicles.

A beautiful old wooden staircase will take you to the living room that opens onto the magnificent view of Mont Blanc. The living room is composed of a large fully equipped and very functional kitchen (oven, 2nd oven including microwave, double fridge, two sinks, two dishwashers and an induction stove), a dining room with its imposing table that can accommodate all your guests, and a living room where there is a majestic fireplace where you will enjoy the warmth of the crackling wood fire while admiring the eternal snows of the Mont Blanc range! Open the bay windows to bring Mont Blanc into the living room! From there, you can access the two beautiful terraces where you can extend winter or summer evenings...

This Chalet consists of 15 rooms with 15 private bathrooms (29 single beds adaptable to double beds, 3 double beds, and 3 sofa beds in rooms and sofa beds in the games room) for a total number of beds of 45. Most of these bedrooms have a balcony.
