It has been cleverly designed to make great use of the space, with two TV and play areas for younger guests and a bright communal area with a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area with a woodburning stove and a cosy seating area. Doors open on to the balcony, where you can eat in the summer, or enjoy a drink under the stars.

Children get their own ground floor TV and games room, with access to the garden, as well another space under the eaves, with floor cushions, a TV and a rope net wall. At bedtime, there's a bunk room for four on the ground floor, next to a bathroom, and a family room with a double and single bed on the second floor. The chalet la Fruitière has 230m² of living space spread over 4 levels as well as private parking to accommodate 4 vehicles.

The Chalet is ideally located: the first remote seats are 500m away (La Logère and Le Cernix). Accessible on foot or by shuttle (during school holidays). The village center is 900 m away.

This luxury chalet, designed to accommodate up to 13 people (max 12 adults), offers generous space and top-of-the-range facilities for an exceptional stay in the Alps.

The main living area on the ground floor is bathed in natural light thanks to its high windows. It offers a cosy lounge with two large corner sofas, a fireplace and a television, as well as a dining table for 12 people. The open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and everything you need to cater for a large group.

There are two large terraces, one with a second dining table and outdoor seating area, and the other with a Nordic bath at the rear of the property.

On the lower floor, a leisure and relaxation area includes a large sofa, table football and a kitchenette, as well as a separate TV room. The chalet also has a sauna, where you can enjoy a well-deserved moment of pampering after your day's activities.

The bedrooms are spread over three levels. On the ground floor, the first double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and toilet. The lower floor has a family room with a double bed, three single bunk beds and an en-suite shower room, as well as a double bedroom with its own shower room. Finally, on the upper floor, each of the three double bedrooms has its own shower and toilet. One of these bedrooms boasts a luxurious bathroom with bath and double washbasin, and a private balcony with stunning mountain views. There are also separate WCs on the ground and garden floors.

The ski room has a heated boot dryer, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and two separate double garages, one of which has a charging point for electric vehicles.

The chalet is located in a residential development where two new constructions have recently been approved. The work will take place nearby until December 2025, within regulated hours. SPECIAL ACCESS CONDITIONS IN WINTER SEASON:

From December to April, tenants and their suitcases are transported by snowmobile by the owner imperatively after 5 p.m. (closure of the ski area) and before 9:00 a.m. (opening time of the ski area).

We will meet you after 5 p.m. at the Croix des Aÿes car park known for being the free cross-country ski loop parking but also the starting point of the Chemin du Lachat. This path is only accessible by tracked gear.

To guide you, we will give you the exact address to put on your GPS so that we can wait for you in the parking lot.

BE CAREFUL not to engage on the snowy track because it is not passable without a tracked vehicle. We will pick you up from 5:00 pm at this meeting point and you will need to let us know the time of your arrival.

Consider keeping things warm and suitable for winter nearby to protect you when accessing the cottage.

During this same period, you are decently and rigorously informed that access to the rental is on your own: ski lifts, skis or on foot.

OUT OF WINTER SEASON:

Access is directly by car by taking a car-tipped road (600 meters from the La Croix des Ayes car park).
