There's plenty of room for everyone, with 450m2 of space arranged over three floors. The chalet is a 3km drive from the busy village of La Giettaz, but there are some shops, bars and restaurants around the lift area, which is just a 450m walk away.

Whether you are visiting with friends or family, there is plenty of room for everyone and with seven bathrooms, your privacy is guaranteed. But when you want to get together, there's plenty of choice - watch a film in the cosy living room, cook together in the spacious kitchen, enjoy the views from the terrace or relax in the spa area - there's a sauna and stunning sunken hot tub with wonderful views over the mountains.

If you'd rather enjoy your own company, most of the bedrooms have their own balcony where you can soak up the sun or the crisp mountain air.

We think Chalet Goville is the perfect solution for a large family group, or a group of friends looking for a unique experience in the French Alps - there's plenty going on, whenever you visit.

It's in a great location for those who like to explore - it's just five minutes from the village of La Giettaz and just 10 minutes from the slopes.

The chalet enjoys a great location at the foot of the Aravis mountains - it's south facing so the lovely big garden and terrace is a real sun trap.

Inside, the spacious living room with separate seating areas makes it a great place for a group - you'll never be falling over each other! The large windows open on to the furnished terrace, where you can sunbathe, eat al fresco or simply enjoy the sublime view.

Chalet Sabaroc is a great choice for a group - it's a very sociable house, with plenty of room to get together, including the bar area. We think it would be great choice for an extended family reunion - even if that's just a fantastic mountain holiday together!

Pets are welcome at the property, and an additional charge will be applied.The chalet has 2 coffee machines (one Nespresso and one classic), 2 raclette machines and 2 fondue machines. Eight hours of cleaning are included in the rental price within reason. If additional cleaning is necessary the extra hours will be charged for. The chalet is not equipped for people with reduced mobility. Please note that parties are strictly forbidden. You will find all the necessary amenities: a tobacco/newspaper/memorabilia shop and bar, a mini-market, which also serves as a bakery, 3 restaurants, 1 hotel, 1 bakery, 1 tourist office with 1 animator available, in high season.

Nearby:
- You will be directly on the ski slopes!
- The 150 km ski area extends to Combloux and Megève. In Megève, a shuttle bus in season allows access to the Contamines-Montjoie area.
- Skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, sledding and dog sledding are the main activities in winter.
- Discovery of the fauna and flora, accompanied by a local guide; hiking in the mountains, swimming at the Flumet lake (5kms)

It's a 5km drive to La Giettaz, but just 1.5km to the lifts at Le Plan, where you'll find the closest restaurant.

The interior of this home will take your breath away - recently renovated, the sleek design is straight from the pages of a design magazine. But there's everything you need to ensure you have a great holiday - a fully-equipped kitchen, cosy seating area, stylish bedrooms and bathrooms, a TV and games corner and a useful ski room.

If you're looking for a stylish retreat where you can enjoy and active mountain holiday with friends and family, but without the noise and tumult of modern resorts, we think Chalet Victorina will be hard to beat.

IMPORTANT:
The property is in a protected environment and the running water is from a cistern with a filtering system. However, it is recommended that guests bring their own bottled water for personal consumption (no problem for showering/brushing teeth, or cooking).

Please be aware that in periods of heavy snow you may have to access the remaining gravelled 300m path between the parking and the chalet on foot. In summer the chalet is situated off a public footpath, and only accessible via a gravel track - vehicles with low axel clearance will not be able to use the track. The property is in a protected environment and the running water is from a cistern with a filtering system. However, it is recommended that guests bring their own bottled water for personal consumption (no problem for showering/brushing teeth, or cooking). Running water and sanitation It should be noted that, as Chalet Victorina is an isolated mountain chalet, it is not connected to the municipal water supply and sewage system of the commune of La Giettaz. An autonomous system of surface and underground water collection supplies the chalet with water, which can be very hard and is not recommended for drinking. It is advisable to bring bottles of mineral water for the stay. The chalet has its own sewage system.

The quirky little Mazot de la Caillère just a short walk from the centre of La Giettaz is a wonderful find for a family of four, or perhaps two couples, who want all the facilities of an Alpine village as well as a stylish retreat to return to at the end of the day.

Built over three floors, this former farm building has been extended and beautifully renovated to combine contemporary comfort with original features reflecting its rural past. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a delicious dinner, and there's even a dishwasher to make light work of the clearing up. There's a separate utility and laundry room on the lower ground floor, along with the sauna, where you can relax at the end of a wonderful day in the mountains.

The cosy living area has a sofa and stools where you can get together in front of the TV as well as a folding dining table where you can enjoy dinner. There are also doors to the spacious terrace, where you can relax with a drink and admire the breathtaking view of the valley.

The stylish shower room with WC is on the ground floor, while the two bedrooms are on the first floor, There's a double room with a TV and a door to a furnished balcony, and a second room with twin beds under the eaves and space for children to play.

The heated steps leading up to the entrance of Chalet Marijulo mean you’ll have no problems with snow, even in the depths of winter. They border a terrace with a dining table and several sunbeds, as well as a pétanque area.

The cosy wood-panelled interior of this property, which takes up the whole top floor of a renovated farmhouse, is typical of authentic Savoyard chalets. You'll feel at home as soon as you step inside.

The open-plan living room features a cosy sitting area with a large sofa, a TV and a wood-burning stove. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dining table where everyone can enjoy a meal together.

A covered balcony affords magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

This apartment for up to 12 guests (10 adults) has three double bedrooms, a dormitory for four children, and two single beds on a mezzanine floor, which also has a television. Guests share two shower rooms and two separate toilets.

Chalet La Canopée is served by a private, dead-end access road. It is a two-storey property for 10 with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It's set in a secluded area of La Giettaz, overlooking the village.

There's a ski room with a heated boot dryer where you can leave your outdoor gear before relaxing in the living room, where you'll find two cosy sofas, a TV, a wood-burning stove and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen has everything you need, including an induction hob, two coffee machines and a dishwasher.

Two French windows let in plenty of light and open onto a garden, complete with a second dining table.

Also on this level is the first double bedroom, with a private shower room. There is also a bathroom with whirlpool bath, a second shower room, two separate toilets and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A wellness area with a jacuzzi and sauna invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation.

The space
This 80 m² alpine chalet consists of a living room with a 2-person pull-out sofa bed, a wood stove (wood provided), a dining room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Upstairs is a first attic bedroom with two single beds, a second attic bedroom with a double bed, and a mezzanine with a sofa, desk, books and board games.

The chalet is powered by three solar panels for lighting, outlets and refrigerator operation. The stove, oven and water heater are gas-powered.

A gas heating booster is available.

The chalet offers a pleasant south-facing wooden outdoor terrace overlooking Mont Blanc. Parasol, barbecue and deckchairs are available.

We acquired this chalet in 2022. Like us, you will come to spend warm moments with your family or friends. Located between La Clusaz (14km) and Megève (20km), you will appreciate the proximity of the ski slopes and hiking trails, rural setting on the edge of the village & forest, the beautiful south-facing terrace offering a magnificent view of the slopes, the mountains and the valley. A chalet for nature lovers.

The space
One of the most beautiful views of the Aravis mountain range.
The chalet offers a very good level of comfort. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor which offers a nice living space on the ground floor (master bedroom 180x200 with duvet 220x240; bedroom 90x200 with duvet 140x200 and 140x190 with duvet 220x200; bedroom 80x180 with duvet 140x200 and bunk bed with double bed 140x190 with duvet 220x200 and single bed upstairs 90x190 with duvet 140x200).
HOUSE LINEN (sheets, towels and tea towels) is provided.

The chalet is equipped with a wood stove. It is situated on a 6000m² plot of land which is tended by our neighbour's cows in summer. Throughout the year, the only neighbour is a family of deer.
The walk around the chalet is not very safe for small children (the terrace is not closed and the ground is sloping). We therefore ask parents to be vigilant until we make the necessary arrangements.
For the wifi, it is limited at 300Go per month. The fiber has just arrived but the chalet has not been connected yet.

Guest access
Access to the chalet is via a mountain road (350m ascent).
In Winter, the road is regularly cleared of snow. The use of an SUV/4x4 (four wheel drive vehicle ) is strongly recommended. However, ice can make the road impassable. In order to clear the snow from the path, you are asked to leave your vehicle on the dedicated parking space below the farm (see photo) and/or on the main car park of the resort.
In summer, the stone path is easier to climb, but melting snow can damage the roadand make it uneven. Outside the winter season, you can park close to the chalet.
If you come with young children, it is important to bear this in mind if you have to park further down. This chalet is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The last 50 metres to the chalet are on foot. This is the starting point for a hike/trail that will take you to the summit of the Grand Croisse Baulet.

Other things to note
The resort is at 1100m altitude, and the chalet at 1300m altitude, in the hamlet of La Crépinière. You can walk to the foot of the slopes (900m downhill following the road), the adventurous will try to get there through the fields (in case of heavy snowfalls), it's straight on!

The resort "Le Plan" of La Giettaz, is an authentic mountain village. The station is linked to the Portes du Mont Blanc ski area which includes the 4 resorts of Combloux, Megève/Le Jaillet, La Giettaz en Aravis and Cordon. Other activities are available, such as dog sledding.

The space
Chalet Janisi sits above the pretty village of La Giettaz, which is a 5 minute drive down the mountain, or can be reached by a footpath through meadows in the summer. La Giettaz lies between La Clusaz (12km) and Megeve(18 km), on the Route Des Grandes Alpes. Val D'Arly as a whole is a stunning unspoilt area with dramatic natural beauty, and no high rise development, so local towns and villages are full of character. In winter you can ski the Portes du Mont Blanc area from the local lifts in Le Plan..there is a ski bus to take you there from the end of the road. Or there is the even larger Evasion Mont Blanc area. You can also easily reach La Clusaz, or the Espace Diamant from Flumet. In summer, the walking/cycling possibilities are endless. There is a lovely private garden from which you can enjoy wonderful views, but please note that there is a steep slope around the lawn so young children need to be supervised.

It's in a great location for those who like to explore - it's just five minutes from the village of La Giettaz and just 10 minutes from the slopes.

The chalet enjoys a great location at the foot of the Aravis mountains - it's south facing so the lovely big garden and terrace is a real sun trap.

Inside, the spacious living room with separate seating areas makes it a great place for a group - you'll never be falling over each other! The large windows open on to the furnished terrace, where you can sunbathe, eat al fresco or simply enjoy the sublime view.

Chalet Sabaroc is a great choice for a group - it's a very sociable house, with plenty of room to get together, including the bar area. We think it would be great choice for an extended family reunion - even if that's just a fantastic mountain holiday together!

The chalet has 2 coffee machines (one Nespresso and one classic), 2 raclette machines and 2 fondue machines. Eight hours of cleaning are included in the rental price within reason. Located at the border of La Savoie and La Haute Savoie, the Gypaète is a beautiful chalet that is 220 m² and is comfortable, fully equipped, and can accommodate 15 people. It is located in a calm environment with an exceptional view, on the Val d'Arly and the chain of Aravis.
Spread over 3 levels, its many rooms bring families together and mix generations while allowing everyone to live at their own pace and have a peaceful and rejuvenating holiday.

The space
The chalet is comfortable and spacious to allow space and privacy for each individual while offering rooms for spending time together, around a good fire for example.
The ground floor consists of a large laundry room / laundry (equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a central steam) also including a space for storing skis (with direct outside access) and a storage space for ski boots, 3 bedrooms, 1 with terrace access, 2 bathrooms with toilets and 1 summer kitchen (kitchenette) with its dining area that allows either to organize a first service for the little ones, or to meet around a table for a board game.
On the 1st floor, is the fourth double bedroom with balcony access and its bathroom, with a separate toilet. On this floor is also the very large living room which is divided into 3 spaces: a large fully equipped kitchen (very large piano cooker, 2 ovens, a huge fridge etc.), in the middle of this room is a very large table that can accommodate 15 people for family meals and finally a sitting area with fireplace. From this room you have access to two large balconies. The final room on this floor is a TV room.
On the second floor, there are 2 other beautiful double rooms (possibility to separate the beds) with balcony access, a children's room with 3 single beds, a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet.

The baby kit can be made available on request: cot with its real mattress, play park, high chair and changing mat.

For a unique experience, both in summer and winter, you can access the chalet by helicopter from the Megève altiport in just a few minutes, flying over the prestigious village of Megève. A guaranteed delight!

From the chalet, depending on snow conditions, you'll have the opportunity to start skiing, following a backcountry ski route to reach the ski slopes of the Portes du Mont Blanc ski area
