I've stayed here several times, especially with an early flight. On this particular stay the room they gave me had not been cleaned from the prior guest (towels on the floor , unmade bed...). On informing the front desk, they sent someone to verify, which of course they concurred when they checked. They were very apologetic and immediately got me a new room. they also offered a free meal, which was not necessary. Things happen it's how the company handles it and make corrections which is most important. There are nicer hotels , with bigger rooms and amenities, but for when you want the convenience of being at the terminal, Air Rooms fits the bill."
