- "The hotel in general was nice, clean and well maintained, however our room was below satisfaction, very small, the bathroom was very small and dated, difficult to use the shower as it was so small. The room felt very run down, cracked tiles and stained walls, aircon was poor. The terrace was enclosed with the walls of other terraces so no view. This area was also very run down, nothing like the photos listed. The rest of the hotel was pleasant though and staff very helpful. You need to wear a swim cap in the pool so these had to be purchased. Unfortunately wouldn’t return here because of the room condition. It’s a good base to explore Ischia if you don’t mind the room conditions, as it’s a good location."

As other reviewers mentioned, there’s a path that takes you from the hotel into the port, which was very convenient. It is a bit of a climb so we made sure to stock up on water and snacks whenever we went down to explore/for dinner. Two pools, which we used quite a bit, both with gorgeous views. The ocean deck was unfortunately not open when we visited end of May, but there’s a small nearby beach along the path that takes you into town (about a 5-10 min walk) There’s also a bus stop at the top of the property (you can buy tickets from the front desk or at shops around the island), which made it easy to get around. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby while we explored after check out, which was great. Highly recommend!"
