The space
The Retro room furnished in shades of red and gray is the most “youthful” room in the house. The desk is obtained from the old structure of a sewing machine, a kind gift from an antique friend, then expertly restored by my father, so as to make it unique and renew it in use. The headboards of the beds and bedside tables are in deco style, restored by my friend Grazia, from the "Savini furnishings" store located in Foligno, in Via Mazzini, which I recommend you visit. The red iron cabinet also comes from this particular store.

The room has 2 beds, a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer inside. The room is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, free wifi and 32 "lcd screen.

The room is on the second floor and the structure is currently without a lift but overlooks one of the most characteristic streets of the city.

The space
It is furnished in shades of lilac and dove gray, colors that recall Provence, creating a fresh and why not romantic atmosphere. The late 1800s dresser is treated with the decapè technique, as are the nightstands, headboards, desk and chairs. The choice of furniture is mine, while the restoration and adaptation to the environment are the work of Mrs. Grazia of “Savini arredamenti”.
The classic lampshades create a particularly intimate atmosphere inside the room. The room has a double bed.
Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. It is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a 32-inch LCD TV.

The room is on the second floor and the property currently has no elevator but overlooks one of the most characteristic streets of the city.

The space
Furnished entirely in Deco style, the room is made with great attention to detail to allow a stay in a warm and welcoming space.
 The modernity of the bathroom and technological accessories perfectly matches all the modern elements that line it. The large window allows the room to be among the brightest of the structure, the window leads to the beautiful terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, from which you can admire the view of the city's rooftops and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. The room has air conditioning, TV and WiFi. Double bed and a single bed, sleeps 2 people.

Other things to note
For self check-in you need to send on Whatsapp:
- the front and back photograph of a valid document;
- Any car/motorcycle vehicle data ( license plate and type, name and surname of the owner if different from the driver ).
I will contact you the day before check-in on Whatsapp to remind you.

On the day of check-in you will receive the code to access the property and the instructions to enter the room. The assigned room will be left open. Inside you will find: the keys, useful information and any permission to display on the dashboard for access to the restricted traffic zone.

The guest house is located in a restricted traffic area with access always allowed for guests of the property. It is not necessary to get permission first, you can also access it without you. The property has 72 hours from check-in to communicate the data with retroactive effect.

The space
No need to introduce this romantic shabby chic room in a white white white decor.
We also tried to take care of the details, for example the nineteenth-century bedside tables made of walnut trees, or the flower bed headboards, the wonderful savonarola, the chair, the elegant desk and above all the mannequin (you could not miss a shabby style decor).


All the accessories were chosen by me and carefully adapted from “Savini Furniture”. These details are expertly highlighted by the appliches and the wonderful crystal antique chandelier, unique details like the tapestry above the fireplace. The terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and two chairs, allows you to enjoy the sun of the summer with a very suggestive view of the city's rooftops. Double bed. Large bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Hot/cold air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, 32-inch LCD TV screen.
