Menu is Japanese focused, nothing local like Croquettes. Hotel room lacks amenities but if you call reception they will get all you need free of charge. Vallet service was also great, so overall I am happy and would recommend to everyone. This experience was far from an ideal first impression. - My rooms air conditioning was not working properly for the first half of my visit; the room would not cool below 80°F (27°C) including overnight. Thankfully, this was addressed on day 3 after escalation to the front desk and maintenance but it impacted my overall experience My issues may have been isolated, but those seeking a trouble-free experience should be aware as they were not resolved as satisfactorily as I would have expected at their prices. - "First of all you should know that "Roquetes Rooms" is hard to find and hard to get in touch with on the phone number provided on hotels.com. The reason is that this actually is the Lago Playa Hotel! Once there, though, expectations were mostly exceeded. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a pretty decent breakfast are definitely on the positive side. The location is also good if you don't mind walking a bit: only 200 m from the nearest beach, 15 min on foot to Es Pujols, and about 45 minutes along the beach to Ses Illetes. The hotel room was not big, but had a balcony, air conditioning and a small fridge. Only two paper cups were provided for a week's stay, though. I hope they at least upgrade to real glasses. Also, dinner at the hotel restaurant wasn't great in my opinion. Better to take the walk to Es Pujols or eat at some beach restaurant. All in all I'm happy with my stay, though! "
