- "Over all we loved our stay and we definitely recommend to other. Big up all the staff formaking " - "We stayed mid June on an all inclusive basis. The AI was very limited for drinks, we had to pay for tea and if you wanted anything other basic spirits, beer or wine. No tonic/mixers available even to buy, just fizzy orange, lemon or full fat coke from machine. Plastic glasses even at dinner, though I did just ask the staff for a glass and take it to the bar as all drinks were self service. No cocktails on offer the way it’s shown online as I’d have been happy to pay for these. I did buy great Aperol Spritz but I’d just asked for this - no menu showing what was available. The gym & Al la carte restaurant were closed which was disappointing. The foyer was being re- decorated. I got the impression it was an ‘out of season ‘ vibe as all the theme nights etc you see online didn’t take place. This may all seem negative but we did have a good time, I think you just need to manage expectations. We paid less than £1000 for 2 people for a week - which was still good value. The staff were very helpful and the concierge arranged transport and a restaurant booking for a fantastic evening in Tirana. The food was fairly good, plenty of choice and we always found something we could eat. A criticism would be that you just found your own table, which meant my husband and I had to go up at different times to buffet as we’d have lost the table otherwise as the staff just cleared whatever was there if no one was sitting. I’d say this was a decent 3 star hotel. "

- "If Durres is your destination, then this is a great hotel for you. Above all the customer service and friendliness stood out the most. When they found out we had kids, they brought a basket of toys to our room for them to play with. Anytime we had a question or a problem (i.e. air conditioner not blowing full force) they immediately answered the question or fixed the problem. The hotel is new and in great condition. They really do aim to please and you cannot go wrong with choosing this hotel. It is two blocks from the beach and we were at the beach in 5 minutes with kids. There are several places in the area to eat as well, but the restaurant serves good food too. The hotel is clean and the accommodations are good. It is a simple set-up without any over-the-top features, but none-the-less a good place to stay."

- "We had a wonderful stay at Eter. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The food was fantastic and the location was amazing! On our last day the staff made sure we had a breakfast packed as we were leaving on an early excursion. We were very impressed by the whole stay! One really odd thing that almost felt surreal in comparison to the rest of our visit; the last day there (when the hotel seemed very empty) we decided to go down to the indoor pool, only to find that the water was extremely cloudy and the hot tub was worse and also smelled so bad (not chlorine.) If the rest of our stay wasn’t so fabulous, this may have ruined the experience. But because everything else was so wonderful, we assumed something had happened and left the area. The whole pool/spa area is very nice, so it’s too bad it wasn’t cared for. "
