- "Hotel is some 4 yr old but well managed. Room previously appointed to me had some AC problem but got resolved by changing room. Rooms had good view of city but walls had some cracks. Bed and sofa were great including pillows. Had all the required amenities in the room. Shampoo, body moisturiser and shaving kit were supplied on demand. Staff were very polite and always ready to help. They also served us breakfast after their operational time as we returned late after morning safari. Hotel had ample parking space and multiple large gardens to roam and play. One more thing, hotel had no gym but good 4 feet swimming pool was there. Breakfasts were good in both the days of my stay but nothing to say about other food. Curd was sour by our liking. Chef was good and friendly. "

Very hassle free stay and they were very kind through the stay" - "The property looked premium on Expedia while booking, but didn't feel premium when we actually stayed there. I was staying in the luxury cave. Nothing is luxury in the cave except the name. It's just another room with cave like interior. The bathroom was smelly despite keeping the exhaust fan on throughout the night. The washbasin tap won't turn as it was stuck against the mirror above the basin. The dustbin in the bathroom was broken. We had to ask the staff to replace it. They don't have duplicate room keys, so you have to hand over the keys to the room attendant for cleaning the room. The keychain is unnecessarily long, heavy metal which is uncomfortable when in your pocket. Food is strictly okay. Now the good stuff They assign a room attendant to you for any of your needs, so you just call him and he's at your service within no time. All the staff I interacted with was co-operative and polite. The property is huge, lots of trees around, and my 5yo kid enjoyed playing on swings and in the playground. The safari is included in the stay, so you just have to inform them. They will give you a wakeup call for the early morning safari."
