- "Super " - "Outstanding service, super clean" - "A nice hotel but too far away from the town centre. Had to catch a bus to the tram station,then a tram to the city or catch a taxi which varied from 40-50 euros depending on time and day and which route the driver took." - "We booked this hotel on the understanding there was a restaurant only to get there after a long drive from uk! To it being shut and no bar! On an industrial estate so no where walking distance to anywhere, we also should have had time in the spa to which the receptionist couldn’t speak English and basically said she didn’t understand what we were saying! The most uncomfortable pillows as well! Would not recommend this hotel for €105 euros per night wasn’t happy, coffee machine only gave you 1 Luke warm coffee! So go with refreshments if staying Saturday or Sunday! As closed to get any drinks which we was not made aware of when we booked, so will definitely stay somewhere else on our return journey! "

- "For the most part the hotel was nice. I asked for a second floor room (they said call next time to request), luckily they were able to change. I didn't hear much ( I am a light sleeper) the first couple of nights, but on Friday night people were very loud, so I didn't sleep much. Room was very basic, comfortable, but just a bed, bathroom and small desk. They give you a hot water kettle and some instant coffee. Breakfast was OK, basic continental fare. Can't recommend dinner there, it was not very good for the price. Walk or drive towards Talence, there are lots of places or go to the Intermarche. For one night passing through, this place is a yes, for multiple nights, I think I will look elsewhere in the future."
