- "Hotel very well sited for walking round the town; parking very handy - once you know how to find it! The hotel is inside a restricted area with access controls (you have to press a buzzer on a pillar and then tell an operator that you are going to the hotel before they let you through - better if they told you this before you tried driving in only to get stopped within sight of the hotel!! Once you know the secret, it's very handy, although if the hotel is busy you may not get a space - they do have ways round this though. Parking aside, the 5th floor room was spacious, if not overly furnished - one chair, a small wardrobe in the entrance way, would have been better with one actually in the room. The big plus point was the service which was fantastic, particularly from the young woman who checked us in on the first evening: she explained all about the car park, took us outside to show us where to go, gave us a map with a route round the one way system etc; then brought us up a kettle and tea/coffee for the room, explained to us about the Carnaval going on at the time and the likely disruption - couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend to others - would advise any drivers to make sure of the parking arrangements though..."
