- "We enjoyed staying here! Very safe. They have a nice smoking area on the 6th floor as well as two restaurants and the lounge with bar where they have live music every night from 21:00-00:00. The elevator from 6floor up had to have your keycard to approve entrance onto your floor. They have a kids rooms, a pool, and a spa on the 7th floor. The pool is 1-1.45 meters. As a recommendation for children with small families you'd make a decent amount of money having pool toys for sale. There was no shop or market within 2 km that had pool toys for sale. The pool was too big for our kiddos but very nice tanning area for adults. They do have very nice security in place with cameras in hallways. Always felt safe and got to know a few of the doormen. It was fun to chat with them. All staff was very respectful and there to help you. If you need any help at all the staff is willing to try. Only problem was the QR code for the English room service menu didn't work but even though the restaurant was almost closed we came down and had dinner. "

- "Quirky hotel in a convenient location. " - "I recently stayed at S Hadyai hotel and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location was convenient, close to many things. However, I found the noise level from events being hosted in the hotel to be quite disruptive, which affected my sleep quality 3 out of the 9 nights. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues such as a hanging air conditioning vent in the room and creeking elevators around floor 5, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.additionally the carpets appeared to be stained in the hallways dispite the cleaners attempts of scrubbing the hallways. The cleaning service was great until one of the last nights where i did have to request the cleaner to clean my room as they had not completed that by 4pm and then only half cleaning cleaning the room that night without taking the rubbish or providing the water bottles or toilet paper on that 1 instance. Overall, while the staff were great and the location was ideal, the noise and maintenance issues left something to be desired."

The shower is within the old, high bath-problem if u have mobility issues. 2.Amenities were poor. 2 coffee sachets, no No slippers. Not even a second toilet roll for a 2 -night stay unless asked for. 3.Walls very thin. We were unfortunate to have inconsiderate neighbors who were heard till 2.00 am. Overall, it could have been a more pleasant stay but not so. Hadyai has great fresh food markets and such friendly people "
