The worst part was the complete lack of WiFi. They say they have WiFi but we could not get it to work on any of our devices in our room. The next part that was rough was the ring of 4-5 keys they give you when you check in to be able to move around the hotel. You need a key for the door to the hotel, a key for the elevator, a key for your room, and a key to the safe. And there is only 1 key ring per room and the room cannot be locked from the inside without a key as well so when you are a family of 4 including 2 teenagers and a dog it is very difficult for people to go separate ways because you can’t get back into the hotel if someone stays in the room because you have to leave them the key so they can lock the room to ensure random strangers don’t walk in. Because you also can’t lock the room with them inside and leave with the key because if there was a fire they would not be able to get out. Also the elevator is terrible. It stops in the middle of a ride constantly. "
