Even though the restaurant was closed they opened it for us so we could have a late lunch. After checking out, I forgot a very expensive and important medication that my son takes. As soon as I called, the front desk found a way to send it to Lima as an "encomienda" that same day so it was delivered to me as fast as possible. Moreover, they didn't accept any delivery payment from me. I highly recommend this hotel. Good location, clean and charming and the friendliest staff you'll find in Huaraz. "

One out of three showers were warm after waiting 5 minutes, the other two showers were freezing cold. After the shower it's torture to walk on the cold tile floors in the chilly room at night. It got cold in bed. The advertised King bed is only a double. Breakfast cost 10 soles but it was ok. There's not another restaurant nearby unless you walk 10 minutes or more down the hill. One might we returned in the rain and waited 10 minutes for them to answer the door. Look elsewhere. "
