- "Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "
