- "Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "

The following days, they also only started doing our room only at around 4-5 pm, which in my opinion, is very inconvenient. After being out all day and coming back before dinner, I had to wait a long time outside until they were done. They seemed stressed. Maybe they need to hire more people for room cleaning or its just a show. Also, there seems to be no room service at all and not even a possibility to get take away from the hotel restaurant, which is also very inconvenient, considering there are basically NO restaurants within a walking distance around the area, and upon arriving, the restaurant was already fully booked. Would be nice if take away (not even room service) could be offered). If these things could be fixed, I would return."

The ensuite is large enough to have a bath however there is only a shower. The rooms are very modern but not practical as there is not enough hooks to hang up ski gear or put away your clothes. The radiator did not work and was on max the whole time so the room was very stuffy. Breakfast choices were ok and basic but I've had better. Dinner was fine dining and excellent, as were the waiting staff. The ski lockers are in a long hallway so it's a bit of a squeeze and only one bench available to sit down to put on your boots. This hotel is linked to the Umbrella Bar so I hope you enjoy loud music. Parking was free but if you don't get a space outside then there is a public car park right next door."
