Maybe iv just been spoilt on my recent tour of SA as every other hotel/b&b have been so welcoming. I don’t expect much but some basic information like checkout time/wifi/ breakfast would have been handy. Also I did message the property two days before via Expedia to notify them I would be arriving between 8-9pm, never got any response. Room was in good condition, bathroom needs some work. Another staff member in the morning was very helpful and did help me arranging transport. Staff in restaurant was also pleasant. "
