We were very pleasantly surprised over the great service and friendliness we were met with. The view was great from the spacious room no 53 which was on the top floor with panoramic view. We also used the little wellness section. Please remember to ask the reception to switch both the little sauna and the steam room on. Breakfast buffet was fresh and included the normal foods. As the restaurant was not operating at the evening we were guided to a nearby restyrant Riegler that had a romantic terrasse and served real homecooked fresh food together with local wines. We walked from and to the train station which was a nice walk of aprox 15 min. The hotel is not new and has a scratch here and there but in general a good deal."

" - "This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm to 8am.....yay! So, we had a great night's sleep! No restaurants in the immediate area and evening food choices are limited, but we were told you could book a buffet dinner there in advance (whatever the school kids had for dinner smelled fantastic)."
