The hotel amenities say that there is coffee/tea maker in the room, which was true but there were no tea bags or coffee or tea cups... One of our group took a full body massage and one a back massage. The massage facilitites were clean and nice and the Indian massage ladies did an excellent job - highly recommended! In the evening there were live Turkish pop music in the separete building in the resort area. Nice experience as well!"

The aircon was brilliant (it was very hot while we were in Safranbolu) and we had a lovely view from our room.
