We were a group of four adults and we had booked a family suit with a half board for us, which was also confirmed via email. Upon arrival we were, however, guided to two separate hotel rooms with an ínterconnective door. We tried to ask what had happened to our booking but failed to get an answer... It was not a big problem for us as the hotel rooms were very nice and clean with a view over the mountains. The buffet breakfast and dinner which were included into the hotel price were abundant and overall very good. The hotel amenities say that there is coffee/tea maker in the room, which was true but there were no tea bags or coffee or tea cups... One of our group took a full body massage and one a back massage. The massage facilitites were clean and nice and the Indian massage ladies did an excellent job - highly recommended! In the evening there were live Turkish pop music in the separete building in the resort area. Nice experience as well!"

- "Went for a quiet vacation. Got so much than I asked for. It was a dreamy experience, all staff was amazing and made my stay feel cozy. I definitely recommend and will stay again. The hotel has several activities from horse riding to ATV riding, bicycles to trekking, swimming pool to bath and sauna, etc. Some of them are free for guests and some of them have extra prices. The garden is nice and the kids had a lot of fun there. The room was clean, yet nowhere as large as advertised. It was advertised as 66m2 but it was more like 15-20m2. But we could fit in. They have supplied extra beds for the kids without even asking. However, we were staying in the building with the restaurant (above the restaurant) and it was somewhat noisy during night time. The kitchen was the main downfall. The breakfast was nice and satisfactory. Dinner was a different case. The prices were somewhat high and meals were far from satisfactory, regarding portion size or taste. Unfortunately, there are almost nowhere to dine in Daday except the hotel. Maybe you can have a late lunch in Memis and skip dinner. Overall, it was a nice stay. The facilities were clean, family-friendly, the staff was helpful, the environment is beautiful, amenities were various, but food needs to improve. "

- "Close to bus stop for otogar and old historic area of Kastamonu. My room was on 6th floor overlooking castle. Modern hotel, but no breakfast available. Kettle in room. Great stay but the bed mattress was not comfortable. Wish I had stayed longer. The old part of town is gorgeous. You can walk up to the castle but it's hard work. Quite steep lanes. There's also a cable car station, work in progress. If it ever gets finished. Looks as if they ran out of money to complete the project!!! "
