This is a hospitality and service industry and the last thing a guest wants to see an unwelcoming hotel staff with disturbed face. 5 minutes later we we wanted to reach front desk but there were no pamphlet at the room and the phone wasn’t dialing front desk. Internet wasn’t working at all. Room was clean and spotless, breakfast was good and adequate, staff was working so hard to provide enough food for the buffet. Thank you for restaurant and housekeeping staff. Front desk needs lots of training about what hotel business and guest service is all about!"

The shower water temperature could have been a bit hotter and also the air conditioning unit but apart from that we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you."
