Rooms and beds are very comfortable, with all the facilities that you would expect in a four star hotel. The breakfast buffet is very extensive (open 6.30AM to 10.30AM). The only down-side is the hotels location, a ten to fifteen inute taxi ride away from the city centre, but is located within a very quiet residential area. There is a nice swimming pool and hamam in the hotel, but unfortunately we did not have the time to use it on this occasion. We would certainly stay at the Divan Hotel again, when next in Ankara !"

The new room was much more comfortable, and we were finally able to relax. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, and the entire hotel was very clean, which made for a pleasant environment. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a letdown. The hot food was the same every day and didn’t have much flavor, and the pastries were not fresh. Overall, the breakfast offerings were very basic and could definitely use improvement. Despite the breakfast issue, the hotel’s staff and cleanliness made up for some of the inconveniences, and we ended up enjoying our stay."

The location is great and secure, as it is located next to the Malaysia embassy. 500 metres away is the main street where there are heaps of good restaurants and supermarkets. I tried to ask one of the Koza suite staff where to get good kebab, and he was puzzled because they were all good and he had to think to single out a particular restaurant. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the air conditioning system as it was still in heating mode for winter, and I couldn't adjust it as it was a overall building heating/air conditioning system for the whole building. But I just left the window open and it was great to have fresh air the entire time. Also during the day, there is a school across the street where you can hear music playing. Room service food was surprisingly good. Would definitely come back."
