I explained that she needs to do the same 'fix' as her colleague last night, because we need to leave the room (we had planned sightseeing and we could not be late there) and all our belongings need to be safe, locked inside the room. The lady did not know how to help us and how to fix the door. I asked her to contact the colleague from last night. She said it's not possible. I asked for someone to come and fix it. She said that someone will come, but it will take some time. So I had to TRUST her, leave our stuff in unlocked room, and she promised that someone will come and fix the door. We left the hotel. We came back late in the evening, only to find, that THE DOOR WAS STILL UNLOCKED FOR THE WHOLE DAY, no one came to fix it, and all our belonging were left for anyone to take if they will!! This is UNACCEPTABLE! IT IS ONLY LUCK THAT NOTHING GOT STOLEN! Be aware this can happen to you!!!"
