- "This was one of the best Hotels I have been at. Close to everything. The fact that it is made of wood just adds to the enjoyment of the hotel. An odd thing to notice is the breathing chandelier. The one thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of a business office. I needed to print out a couple pages and there was not business office. I emailed a PDF and a unique link and the front desk told me that PDF and the link both had errors."

And it was difficult to make out where to park the car as the whole of the hotel grounds where covered in deep snow. It was not possible to have dinner at the hotel, unless you are part of a conference or pre-book with minimum 15 persons. I don’t like the dinner plate system either, to re-heat a meal left by the chef to warm up. Apart from that the room was very basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Only 20 minutes walk into the town where there are bars serving pub type meals."

Black out curtains were a life saver for sleeping as it never got really dark. Bathroom was clean. Also had a little fridge, useful for keeping small food items cold. The only suggestion I would make is maybe a dresser. There was a place to hang a couple dresses and a suit, and coats. Just a small improvement would be a small dresser, helpful for those of us staying a bit longer. Breakfast was decent, plus they had chai latte, along with the standards. Staff were helpful. Would definitely stay again."
