Attention to details gives to the hotel a personnal touch (children play room, silent hydrolic lift, signed art in various places) which is very pleasant. The high end TV-entertainment system was unfortunatly limited by a general failure of the Hotel internet access. The Wifi failure was the only small downside of that stay."

- "Lovely people and value for money " - "Very very small room but very comfortable" - "The hotel feels more like a youth hostel. For the price this is not acceptable. The room was tiny and nothing like advertised pictures, the bathroom was horrible and would benefit from an update, towels felt ancient and cheap. Everything about the hotel just feels cheap, apart from the price!!" - "The room was a lot smaller than it appeared on the advertised photos. The shower cubicle was very dirty with mouldy grout, and the toilet seat was broken. The double bed was nothing more than a put-up-bed and very uncomfortable. The heat in the room was unbearable, we even had to ask at reception to turn one of the heaters off, but the room was still very hot. Unfortunately the pool didn't offer the same heat, in fact it was to cold to be comfortable to swim never mind sit in the jacuzzi. Very unpleasant having cold water bubbling around you! The pool was also a lot smaller than it look on the photos. Unfortunately this hotel was over priced for the room and the facilities it offered."
