- "The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski area pass - this hotel is so far at one end of the area you'll never make it over to Les Arcs and there is loads of skiing in La Plagne "

- "The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. And they would not provide clean towels when I asked. There was no safe in the room and also no soap. The toilet had no trash can. The room has no coffee maker or fridge , but they have a stove that doesn’t work. The area is 50 meters from the ski so that was great. Hard to find good parking but it is free. Tamara was very kind. The check in is at 4 pm and I arrived at 1 and she let me check in by 230 pm. At 954 the lady named Solene started screaming by my door for me to check out because she wanted to close the reception by 10 am. When I went to the reception to check out she kept screaming. I told her that was not ok to treat a customer. Definitely a place ran by unprofessional young kids. "
