The family run hotel is in a quiet hillside neighborhood adjacent to Landstuhl Army Medical Center in the hills above the village. The rooms are in the semi-sunken basement but not too dark. No views of the hills outside but if you are here, you should be sight seeing or visiting people and places. Advantage of having parking space on the lot across the street so no big city hassles. Breakfast is sumptuous and included. They have in-house honey for sale and it's the best souvenir we picked up for the trip. You have to ship it in checked bags though as we found out the European airport security didn't like jams or honey in a jar."
