The queue at reception stretched outside, and I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. Also, filling in paper check-in cards seems like last century! :) Additionally, Hotels.com made a mistake with our reservation by forgetting to include spa access. Thankfully, the hotel staff handled the issue quickly and professionally - big thanks for that! The spa was overcrowded, making it impossible to move in the water. Breakfast on Saturday morning was also chaotic, with not enough tables and many left uncleared. We had to find and clean a table ourselves. The hotel overall feels old and in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. On top of that, our room was not cleaned properly, as we found someone else’s food and drinks in the minibar."
