The entrance pathway from the main road is muddy. I asked if I could change the tv, the lady with long hair said, they have no mechanic or electrician, I mean How hard to unplug and plug tv's? not rocket science, I even offered if I can do it myself, I mean I can put together computers and change car alternator, anyhow, the long haired receptionist replied was, "my boss will see us on camera" I just didn't say anything back, I have to bite my tongue, and just stayed there unsatisfied with everything...
