- "It was well worth the amount paid. Check in was a breeze. Covered parking was available for each room. This was especially helpful since it was raining the whole day when we checked in so we did not get wet unloading our bags to our room. The staff were very polite and easy to deal with. - "I paid more in Jet Hotel than in the new hotel in Manila Bay (which is setting up to be the biggest hotel in the country.) Yet, I am not very pleased with the stay. They are eco-friendly, yes. Because the room was so hot when we got in. The keycard was needed to activate the power source in the room. It took a while before the room got cooler. The fridge was unplugged though so good thing I checked. Because if I had just relied on the “Ref” switch, I would be disappointed that our drinks didn’t turn cold. We went to Jet for a staycation with the kids and of course the pool. We went up to the pool and it was nice to be alone but we also had to clear the leaves off the pool. There was nobody in there after some time and the kuya was very nice anyway. Jet hotel is nicely located so you have plenty of options for sining out and shopping. Disadvantage for their hotel restaurant. Anyways, so we went out to eat and then came back. As the kids were preparing for bed, one of my nephews saw the couch underneath the ac soaking wet from the water dripping from the ac. We called it and they eventually “resolved” it by placing towels and a bucket under the ac and replacing the couch with another. I wonder if my “foreigner” husband was with me if they had offered the same “resolution.” Because from hospitality POV, that is just unacceptable. Btw, that couch was built wrong. It wasn’t flat on the floor. So it kept of making this tripping sound as if it’s going to break. …."

Breakfast choice was quite poor for what you pay. But given the traffic and number of guests, it’s understandable the choice can only be limited. The worse was the room. The showers need upgrading. The way the showers work is that being part of the bathtub, the water literally goes down the side and somehow ends up on the bathroom floor. Flooring gets wet very easily. Stayed here for 2 nights and no matter what the crew did, the air con stopped working constantly with error codes appearing at 9pm, 1am, 4:30am. Had to reset the air con as it got way too warm too quickly in the summer. It was 2 nights of poor broken sleep which for little ones is not good. Poor rooms, needs a lot of renovating.
