2. Our swimming pool is ecological, filled with rainwater and not heated.
It is home to a variety of plants that naturally purify the water, provide oxygen, and help repel mosquitoes. A few small fish also live in the pool and play an important role in maintaining its balance.

3. Pets are welcome (max 2 trained pets per casita). However, pets are not allowed in beds, on sofas, or in the pool. If you'd like to bring more than two pets, written approval is required in advance.

4. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable — suitable for remote work. Power outages are rare but possible in rural areas.

5. Our staff can help with errands in Malinalco (local market, pharmacy, mini-super) for a P100 fee. Trips to Tenancingo (e.g. Chedraui) using our vehicle cost P300.

6. Daily hotel-style service is included — your room and bathroom will be cleaned each day for your comfort.

7. We’re in the countryside, just a 5-minute drive from the heart of Malinalco. You may encounter insects, spiders, or the occasional friendly stray dog — it’s all part of the rural charm. If that concerns you, this might not be your perfect fit.

8. No parties or events are allowed.
