- "This is a beautiful hotel with a warm and helpful staff. We had a room with 2 beds and a sitting area. It was clean and well appointed. The maid service and turndown service was excellent. The hotel is in a busy street area and lots of drivers honk their horns. We ended up getting used to the street sounds, but if you are sensitive to noise you may want to ask for a room not overlooking the street. The breakfast buffet area was lovely. It overlooked the trees. There were many food items available. The gym was on one of the higher floors and had a beautiful view of the city. We ate in several of the restaurants in the hotel and they were great. I would definitely stay here again."

We asked them twice to look into the cooling system, but they were not able to get it cooler, even though we ran it at 50 F, it probably never got below 74. We did find a fan in the closet when we were packing to leave. We asked at the desk if we could get a room fan, and they said they didn't have any, so not sure why they said that. The bed and room were very good otherwise. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic! The staff were very helpful and considerate. The snacks put out in the lounge could have been better, but they were free, so... The restaurant was good, but not real Mexican food, for that there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. I'd definitely stay there again, but I would get the fan out at night."
