The Neighborhood:
Beautiful, exclusive and secure. Probably the best part to get to know the pretty views and the joy of living in Mexico City. I personally believe that this area of ​​Polanco is the most beautiful because it has more parks. It’s full of restaurants, shops, galleries, cafes, bars, etc. At few blocks away you'll find the Lincoln Park, ideal for walking, and few steps away is Masaryk Avenue with luxury shops of the major brands.

Other Things to Note:
In rainy season the hammock and the rugs won’t be available.

There's a security guard at night from 10pm - 7am.

There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.

There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1500 MXN penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated. We must respect our neighbors. No loud music or noise after 10 pm or face a $500 MXN fine.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property by accessing the keys in the lockbox. The ID of every adult on the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during their stay, but we’re available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message.
