The three-story building has a brand new elevator and provides access to the rooms and the rooftop terrace which is very nice. We were shown to our accommodations by the receptionist/concierge, Ibis. I can’t say enough good things about Ibis. She was friendly, efficient and dealt with any little problems immediately. She made our stay memorable. Our accommodations on the third floor were exactly as the pictures showed. It was bright and relatively spacious. The kitchen was modern and nicely set up. The living area was comfortable and we had a small balcony. The bed was a little low, but had a comfortable mattress and bedding (however, we would’ve appreciated softer flatter pillows). The bathroom had a small toilet room off to one side, a nice vanity, and an open shower on the opposite side. The water was always hot and the shower was great. The toilet room is small and a bit of a challenge to get by the door but it works. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable with lots of nice restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the Nido Condesa.
