- "M" - "I like that is a very unique setup. Almost like your own weekend home in the area. Each room is isolated and private while still within a gated area. Staff is amazing and committed to service. I did not like that rooms are not maintained properly. Seems to me a senior management savings policy issue... My shower drain was not draining properly so water started to run into the bedroom area. Not fun to have to take short showers if you want to avoid drying the floor... The safe had no battery so, useless. The toilet had issues so there was no running water at the beginning and running non-stop during the night making noises. Too late to complaint for all these since I got to my room at 2:00am. The restaurant team was amazing and the food great but they were not ready for me and my guests when they arrived as they were expecting people to wake up later on new year's day. The property has a lot of potential and I think they have the right customer facing team but no management behind and seems to me that there is a full lack of professional support.... my opinion"
